Parisian storefronts – the enchanting façades of the city

A city is defined and shaped by its hard-working, creative and proud citizens. This was the main guiding thought of photographer Sebastian Erras, when he decided to shoot a series of brilliant photos displaying the owners of Parisian retail shops posing in front of their businesses. The charmingly atmospheric restaurants, barbershops, booksellers and music stores with their colorful storefronts and their unique, yet typical design are already in their own right a sight for sore eyes, but it is the physical presence of the owners that lends a whole new perspective to the coverage and fills the pictures with life and human stories (thus the title of the series: Paris Re-Tale).

As we roam the streets on our city walks, we stroll along many of these characteristic gems of Paris and marvel at their unique beauty. Check out on our Facebook-page the series of wonderful photos and the stories behind them.

All photos displayed are the exclusive artwork of Sebastian Erras.
